How to get a Georgia license, step by step
Complete the GREC-approved 75-hour salesperson pre-license course
Register with PSI and pay the $175 exam fee
Pass both the national and Georgia portions
Apply for the license ($170) within 12 months, with a sponsoring broker statement to go active
Finish the 25-hour post-license course in year one

- National portion: 100 - Bulletin sample score report shows a 100-point national subtotal; up to ~10% extra unscored experimental items may appear
